These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between Quai Bonamour and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the merchant site www.quaibonamour.fr , whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer. Thus, the acquisition of a property through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale. These conditions of sale will prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by Quai Bonamour. Quai Bonamour reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PROPOSED GOODS
The products offered are those which appear on the website of the online store www.quaibonamour.fr
These products are offered while stocks last. Each product is accompanied by a description and the photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors and materials.
PRICES
The prices appearing in the catalog are prices inclusive of tax in euros. Quai Bonamour reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include order processing, transport and delivery costs.
All promotional operations (vouchers, discount vouchers, partner discounts, etc.) are limited to the use of one person per household and per operation. Quai Bonamour reserves the right to refuse orders that do not meet this criterion.

ORDERS
Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, acknowledgment of having perfect knowledge of them and waiver of the right to rely on one's own conditions of purchase or other conditions. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions. The seller will communicate by email confirmation of the registered order and the delivery time.
DELIVERY
Once the package has been sent to the delivery service, the latter undertakes to deliver the goods within 30 days of dispatch. If the package is not received on the date indicated by the seller or within this 30-day period, the customer whose package is lost may request termination of the contract (article L. 216-2 of the Consumer Code): the seller is obliged to return the products, make a credit or refund within 14 days of the request.
WITHDRAWAL
Buyers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of 14 days from delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of shipping costs.
PAYMENT TERMS
Secure payment by card: after having recorded their billing and delivery details, the buyer chooses to pay for their order by card, they must choose their type of card from the logos (CB, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, etc.) displayed . Quai Bonamour will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium, thus constituting a faithful copy, in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the Civil Code. The computerized records of Quai Bonamour will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
settlement of disputes
These conditions of online sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, therefore, jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts of Dax, notwithstanding multiple defendants or warranty claims.
