Straddling two seasons, March recipes gently take us away from the generosity of winter to welcome spring and its fresh cuisine and super energizing fish.
Passionate about the ocean and fishing, we wanted to introduce you to our mackerel, often unloved but which means so much to us.
It is rich in iodine, it provides benefits to our skin and the functioning of the thyroid. Mackerel is also a source of phosphorus for the health of our bones and teeth. Finally, it contains selenium, a precious antioxidant protecting our cells from aging.
Better than a day cream, this mackerel!
